What is postale.io?
It's a domain email service, also called email hosting service. If you own a domain name “myawesomedomain.com” and want to create email addresses for it (e.g. info@myawesomedomain.com), we're here for that.
Please note that we don't sell or provide domain names. You can acquire one from any domain provider (a.k.a. registrar) of your choice (e.g. GoDaddy, Namecheap, …).

Is postale.io compatible with all email apps?
Yes. All email addresses created on our service come with POP3 and IMAP enabled by default. You can use them on any email client (Gmail, Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Spark, …).
We also provide a webmail for convenience, always accessible from any device.
How to migrate from another email service?
Sign up, re-create your email addresses on our service, copy email messages, and when ready, change your domain MX record. You'll find more guidance here.
Can I use postale.io for cold emailing?
No! We're not a mass emailing service, and our terms forbid sending any form of unsolicited emails. This is partly how we're able to maintain a good reputation and thus provide a high deliverability to our users.
For cold emailing needs, we recommend the use of third party services built for that purpose (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, …). Those can easily be used alongside our service for your transactional emails.
Can I resell domain email addresses?
Yes! Many companies and freelancers rely on postale.io to provide domain email addresses to their customers, often under their own brand or the brands of their customers thanks to white labeling.
